There is no one-off purchase option. You can cancel at any time, including immediately after your first order, and there is no minimum term or cancellation fee. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, to every country we serve. There is one standard delivery option and it is the one you see at checkout.

Counting from the day you order, half of our parcels arrive within 10 business days and around 97% within 18. Getting an order packed and handed to the carrier takes most of a week — 3 to 6 business days — and the delivery leg is the faster half. A few destinations reliably run longer than the rest: Mexico, Puerto Rico, Israel and Saudi Arabia average closer to three weeks. Email us within 30 days of your order arriving and we will refund it to your original payment method. We do not ask you to post supplements back to us — you keep or dispose of what you have. If the parcel never turned up at all, say so and we will refund or resend without waiting out the window. See the Refund Policy.

Every order confirmation and renewal email carries one-click links to skip the next delivery, change the frequency, update your card or cancel outright — no login needed, because this store has no customer account area. You can also email [email protected] from the address you ordered with and we will do it for you and confirm in writing. Cancelling stops future charges; a delivery already charged is covered by the 30-day guarantee instead.
